You can delete specific data without removing your entire account:
Reflections
Go to Reflections, tap on an entry, then tap the delete icon to remove it.
Check-in Reminders
Go to Check-ins, then tap the trash icon next to any reminder to delete it.
Bulk Data Deletion
To delete all reflections, goals, or conversation history while keeping your account, email info@lioma.eu.
To delete your Lioma account and all associated data, follow these steps:
Open Settings
Open the Lioma app and go to Settings
Find Data Management
Scroll down to the "Data Management" section
Request Deletion
Tap "Delete My Account" and enter your password if prompted
Confirm via Email
Tap "Send confirmation email", then click the link in the email we send you
Final Confirmation
On the confirmation page, tap "Yes, Delete My Account" to permanently delete your account
This action is permanent
All your data will be permanently erased, including goals, reflections, patterns, and conversation history. This cannot be undone.
Can't access the app?
Email info@lioma.eu with your account email address and we will process your deletion request within 14 days.
